Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ClaymoreAI ("we") for the use of Vuesy, a service that turns a script or a voiceover into a finished video. By creating an account or using Vuesy you accept them.

1. Your account

Vuesy uses a Claymore account, which you sign in to with an emailed code or with Google. The same account can be used for other Claymore products. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in. You are responsible for what is done with your account and its API keys.

2. Plans and credits

• Making a video, a script or a thumbnail uses credits. The price of a video depends on its length and on the voice quality, and is shown before you start. Scripts and thumbnails cost 4 credits each.
• Credits are held when a job starts and charged when it finishes. If a job fails or you cancel it, the held credits are returned.
• Monthly plans renew every month with a new allowance. While your subscription is active, unused plan credits roll over for one renewal, up to one month's allowance; credits rolled over expire at the following renewal.
• Yearly plans grant the whole year's allowance up front, and it resets at each yearly renewal: unused plan credits do not carry over to the next year.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire.
• If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and its plan credits remain usable for 30 days after the paid period ends; then they expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Its Buyer Terms, which you accept at checkout, apply to the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel, pause or change your plan at any time from your account; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund past ones (refunds are covered in section 4).

4. Refunds

• If a video, an export, a script or a thumbnail fails on our side, or you cancel it before it finishes, the credits held for it go back to your balance automatically.
• We do not refund payments for plans or credit packs. Cancelling a plan stops future charges; it does not refund past ones.
• Payments, taxes and any refund of a charge are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, under its Buyer Terms: refunds are at its discretion, case by case.
• For a problem with a charge, write to support@vuesy.dev from the email of your account.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to the scripts, voiceovers, images and videos you upload, and to the videos Vuesy makes for you, as far as the law allows. You give us the permission needed to store and process them to provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload and to how you publish the result.

Stock footage and images found through Vuesy come from third-party libraries and stay under their own licenses. Check the license of a clip before using a video commercially. Voices are synthetic; do not present them as a real person.

5a. YouTube

Autopilot uploads videos to YouTube channels you connect, using YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies to what Google does with your data. You decide what is uploaded: each video waits for your approval unless you allow a routine to upload automatically, and you choose its title, description, privacy and audience. You are responsible for what you publish on YouTube. How we handle YouTube data, and how to disconnect, is in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Vuesy to make content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, harasses or deceives people, impersonates a real person, or spreads sexual content involving minors. Do not try to break, overload or resell the service, or get around credit charges. We may suspend an account that does.

7. Affiliates

Affiliates earn a commission on payments of the customers they refer, as described on the affiliate page. Commission on a refunded payment is cancelled.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Vuesy running but do not promise that it is always available or that every video is free of mistakes; review a video before you publish it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time after any subscription has ended. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. Sections 5, 8 and 10 survive the end of the agreement.

10. Changes and contact
