Privacy Policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
This policy explains what ClaymoreAI ("we") collects when you use Vuesy, why, and what you can do about it. We are the controller of this data. Contact: support@vuesy.dev.
What we collect
- Account: your email, name and profile picture (from Google if you sign in with Google), sign-in times and the IP address and browser of your sessions.
- Content: scripts, voiceovers, images and other files you upload, the projects and videos made from them, and the YouTube channel links you give to the script writer.
- Billing: your plan, credits and purchase history. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see them.
- Support and affiliates: messages you send us, and for affiliates the referral records and payout details you give us.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in and remember who referred you. We show no third-party ads.
YouTube (Autopilot)
Autopilot uses YouTube API Services to upload the videos Vuesy makes to a YouTube channel you connect. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Nothing of the following happens unless you press Connect YouTube, agree, and allow access on Google's screen.
- What we access. With the permission to manage your YouTube videos (youtube.upload) Vuesy uploads the videos you approve, or that a routine you set up is allowed to upload, and sets their custom thumbnails. With the permission to view your YouTube account (youtube.readonly) it reads the channel's ID, name, handle, profile picture and whether it may upload videos longer than 15 minutes, and the privacy status of the videos Vuesy uploaded, to check they still exist. Vuesy does not read, change or delete your other videos, comments, playlists, subscribers or analytics.
- The channel a routine learns from. When you give a routine a channel to learn from, Vuesy reads that public channel's newest video titles and thumbnails with the YouTube Data API (no captions, no sign-in). They shape that run's script and thumbnail and are deleted when the run ends.
- What we store. The access Google gives us (a refresh token), encrypted, on our own servers; the channel's ID, name, handle, picture link and upload status; and for each video Vuesy uploaded, its YouTube ID, link and privacy status. We never ask for or see your Google password.
- How we use it. Only to upload and keep track of your videos and to show you, in your account, which channel each routine uploads to and where each video went. This data is shown only to you, is not used for advertising or to train AI models, and is not sold or shared with anyone, except as needed to run the service (our hosting provider) or when the law requires it.
- Freshness. Once a day we check each connected channel with YouTube: its name, picture and the status of the uploaded videos are refreshed, and videos deleted on YouTube are removed from your history. Nothing from YouTube is kept more than 30 days without being refreshed.
- Disconnect and delete. In Autopilot, Disconnect on a channel, or Delete YouTube data, revokes Vuesy's access at Google right away and deletes the stored token, the channel's details and the YouTube details of its videos (at the latest within 7 days). You can also remove Vuesy's access at any time in your Google account's security settings: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When you do, we notice it within a day and delete that channel's data within 7 days. Deleting data in Vuesy does not delete the videos on YouTube; do that in YouTube Studio.
- Google API Services User Data Policy. Vuesy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Questions. Write to support@vuesy.dev about anything in this section.
Why we use it
- To run the service you signed up for: sign-in, making videos, storing your projects, credits and billing (performance of the contract).
- To keep the service safe and fix problems, and to pay affiliates (legitimate interests).
- To meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).
We do not sell your data and do not use your content to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, storage of files, and sending email.
- Dodo Payments: checkout, payments and tax, as merchant of record.
- Google: sign-in, if you choose it, and YouTube, if you connect a channel (see above).
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to: writing and planning scripts and scenes, and making images and thumbnails. They receive the text of your script and related prompts.
- GenAIPro: text-to-speech. It receives the text to be spoken.
- Stock media libraries: searches for footage and images use short search terms derived from your script.
Uploaded voiceovers are transcribed on our own servers. Some of these providers are outside your country, including in the United States; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and projects while your account exists. Deleted projects are hidden from you and kept so they can be restored on request. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. If you ask us to erase your data, we remove your name, email and sign-in links and delete your content, keeping only what the law makes us keep, without anything that identifies you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or erase your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Write to support@vuesy.dev from the email of your account. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Vuesy is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post updates here and tell you by email about material changes.
